FAQ
Common questions
What hardware do I need?
An Android TV, or any TV with an Android media box plugged in. The SignaOrbit player installs like any other app. Tizen, webOS, Windows, Fire TV and a web player are coming next.
How do I connect a screen to my account?
Add a screen in SignaOrbit and you get a 6-character pairing code. Type it into the player on the TV and the screen appears in your account, ready for content.
What happens if the internet goes down?
The screen keeps playing. Content is stored on the device and schedules run locally, so a lost connection only means the screen shows as offline in your dashboard until it reconnects.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. You get 30 days free with up to 5 screens and every feature, including video walls. No credit card is needed.
