Common questions
What hardware do I need?
An Android TV, or any TV with an Android media box plugged in. The SignaOrbit player installs like any other app. Tizen, webOS, Windows, Fire TV and a web player are coming next.
What happens if the internet goes down?
The screen keeps playing. Content is stored on the device and schedules run locally, so a lost connection only means the screen shows as offline in your dashboard until it reconnects.
What files can I upload?
JPG and PNG images and MP4 videos, up to 500 MB per file. Organise them in folders and reuse them across as many playlists as you like.
Is there a free trial?
