Railways & transit

Digital signage for railways and transit

Run concourse screens and platform rows from one place, with playback that continues even when the network does not.

For stations and hubs

Information screens people can read at a glance

Upload your own announcements, wayfinding and service messages as images or MP4 video, arrange them into playlists and schedule them by time.

Platform rows as one display

Group the screens of a platform row into a cluster and give every slot its own content on a shared loop.

Concourse walls

Treat a grid of screens as a single canvas, and see a live frame from each panel side by side.

Reuse across stations

Build one wall layout and reuse it at other stations.

Built for unreliable networks

Offline-ready playback

  • Content is cached on the player, not streamed
  • Schedules keep switching on time while offline
  • The dashboard shows exactly when each screen last answered
  • The screen catches up as soon as the connection returns

Control at scale

Manage many screens without walking the platform

Set volume, brightness and on and off hours, rotate the picture or restart the player, for one screen or a hundred at once. Playback reports show how often each file played, on which screens, and how much of the time every screen was online.

Roles keep control tight: decide who can upload, who can publish and who can only watch, with every change logged. See how video walls and clusters work in detail.

Emergency alerts

One button for every platform

A delay, a platform change or an evacuation reaches every screen that matters at once. How emergency alerts work.

  • A full-screen message over every playlist and ad, on all stations, one station or one platform
  • Connected screens show it within seconds; every screen within about a minute
  • Ready-made messages for delays, closures and evacuation, cleared by timer or with one click
  • Who sent and who cleared each alert is in the activity log

FAQ

Common questions

What hardware do I need?

An Android TV, or any TV with an Android media box plugged in. The SignaOrbit player installs like any other app. Tizen, webOS, Windows, Fire TV and a web player are coming next.

What happens if the internet goes down?

The screen keeps playing. Content is stored on the device and schedules run locally, so a lost connection only means the screen shows as offline in your dashboard until it reconnects.

Can several screens show one picture?

Yes. Clusters let a row or grid of screens act as one display, with each screen showing its own piece at the same moment.

Can I control who publishes to our screens?

Yes. Build roles for your team, such as a designer who uploads, a manager who publishes and a store lead who only watches, and give each person exactly the permissions they need.

Can we show an emergency message on every screen?

Yes. An emergency alert covers every playlist and ad on the screens you choose, within seconds on connected screens, and stays until you clear it or its timer runs out.

Can we sell advertising on station screens?

Yes. Book ad slots for advertisers by station, group or screen, with a free-airtime calendar that refuses double-booking, and give each advertiser proof of play.
